Food looks amazing though. Bit of info - Glasgow is Scots Gaelic and it means “Dear green place”. Still loving your channel!

With slices that big it becomes a pizza quesadilla, they are why to big. The reheat should create a nice firm under carriage with minimal flop. That being said, I'm so glad Louisville is getting more artisanal pizza joints and this is a must try on my list.

I live in NC and just came back from a week in Nags Head. Fished some but it was ruff in the surf. Mostly just relaxing with the family. Caught some Spanish Mackerel and Blues and had a blast. I live in Kinston NC so about 2 and 3/4 hours drive to the outer banks.
